Since 2001, Chef Nancy Longo has been teaching cooking classes for children around the Baltimore area as well as children from out of state. Giving them a fully hands on cooking class in many subjects as well as allowing them to cook meals to take home to their parents allowing them to see what we have done for the day. All classes are or children and teens between the ages of 10-17.
Summer classes are from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm daily, unless otherwise specified.
We supply recipes, aprons, beverages, lunch, and take home food. Please feel free to give us a call to discuss what we can do for your budding young chef! Classes are limited to 10 per day.

Courses may include some or all of what is listed, among other things
Mexican: Torillas and chips, tacos, burritos, fajitas, salsa, guacamole
Asian Dim Sum: Dumplings, egg rolls, spring rolls, satays, cooked sushi, shrimp toast
Pasta: House-made pasta noodles, raviolis, tortellini, lasagna, sauces
Brunch: Muffins, waffles, crepes, blintzes, quiches, frittatas, biscuits, bananas foster
Chocolates: molded chocolates, truffles, chocolate cake, gnache icing, mousse
Desserts: ice cream, dessert tarts, cake icing, cookies
Pool Party Food: smoothies, appetizers such as spinach pie, pasta salad, eight layer dip, dumplings, sandwiches, pizza
