2019 Summer Session
Each week we do 4 classes Monday thru Thursday from 9:30 - 2:30 daily
Cost is $350 per week and includes: aprons and recipes to take home, as well as lunch and food for take home from what we do daily; approx. 10 recipes daily.
DECEMBER 2018 update ..... please call us at 410 675-2080 to sign your child up and have the sign up papers sent to your home. If you call and sign up before March 30th 2019, we'll add a chef jacket to your sign up at no additional charge, and after March 30th the price is $25 for the jacket.
To join a class for individual days, the cost is $90 per day.

Mexican - learn to make tortillas and chips, tacos, burritos, fajitas, salsa, guacamole, and other Mexican dishes
Asian Dim Sum - learn how to make dumplings, egg rolls, spring rolls, satays, cooked sushi, shrimp toast, and other items.
Pasta - we will learn how to make home-made pasta noodles, raviolis, and sauces as well as tortellini and lasagna
Brunch Foods - learn how to make muffins, crepes, blintzes, quiches, and frittattas as well as biscuits and bananas foster
Chocolates - we will cover molded chocolates, truffles, chocolate cake, ganache icing, and mousse.
Desserts - we will cover hot to make ice cream and dessert tarts, cake icing, and cookies
Pool Party Food - learn how to make smoothies, appetizers including spinach pies, pasta salad, eight layer dip, dumplings, sandwiches, pizzas, and other foods to enjoy in the summer.
Soups - learn how to make vegetable crab soup, different cream soups, seafood bisques, and gumbo as well as learn about stocks and roux.

American Cuisine - learn to make home-made mashed potatoes, meatloaf, ice cream sandwiches, home-made potato chips, cheesecake, home-made brownies, and mouthwatering watermelon sorbet
Desserts - learn how to make ice cream, tarts, cake icing, cookies, and more
Appetizers 2 - we will learn how to make shirmp firecrackers, bruschettas, broccoli cheese balls, mozzarella sticks, empanadas, beef satays, crispy lemon chicken mini sliders, french fries, and chicken wings
Italian Cuisine - learn how to make risotto, gelato, frozen ice, Italian wedding soup with meatballs, cannolis, pizza, calzones, tomato and mozzarella salad, and Italian salad dressings
BBQ - learn to make BBQ sauces from all over the world and how to smoke and marinate meats as well as how to make home-made biscuits
Chicken - an entire class on chicken cooking including how to bone a chicken, Tuscan roast marinade, chicken parmesan, chicken dumplings, paella with chicken, crispy chicken fingers, and even make some BBQ sauce
French with desserts - learn classic techniques as well as specific dishes such as Coq au Vin, potatoes au gratin, apple tartin, potato leek soup, green bean almondine, chocolate mousse, and St Jacques cheese sauce for chicken and scallops
Asian Dim Sum - make dumplings, eggrolls, springrolls, satays, cooked sushi, shrimp toast, and other dishes
